Commission by Carmarthenshire County Council to identify opportunities to support the post-Covid recovery of the town centre alongside wider growth and regeneration aspirations including a harbourside regeneration project. 

The plan was prepared in consultation with local businesses and stakeholders to identify key issues and opportunities and guide future investment and funding applications. Key objectives included the growth and diversification of the business sector, job creation, support of the knowledge economy, local distinctiveness and environmental improvements.
