Urban design and public realm design services for the Hereford City Masterplan working with Herefordshire Council and co-consultants to develop a coherent and deliverable vision to guide investment and development towards 2050. Element’s focus was on Hereford’s historic core – identifying transformative projects to help protect, enhance and celebrate the city’s unique qualities. Projects included a historic wall trail, new and enhanced public spaces, streetscape improvements and area regeneration strategies. The central focus of the study was the promotion of walking and cycling within the city and connecting neighbourhoods.
